I just turned 62 in July. That being said, I do not feel any older than when I was 25 to 30 years old. It was then I realized that I would never know all there was to know, no matter what age I might be chronologically. It made me no smarter, maybe just wiser( and that could be debatable). I am just curious as to what age you may be chronologically as to your perceived mental age. Please remember this is Off Topic & Absurd.

It seems to depend on to whom I am talking. My kids make me feel very, very old. My friends make me feel young. I'm 64.

Oh dear - now I'm going to have to change my title. I've got everyone pondering age now

I'm actually only 47 - but mentally, I don't think I ever progressed much past 15.

well my mind is still young, however, everytime I have to get yet another new set of glasses I find my body just aint keepin' up with it

(not to mention the other 'old age' things my body has been showing me

).
I still feel like a college kid sometimes (though with my immature neighbors I remember WHY I wanted to live off campus far away from everyone else).
I still like lots of the things I liked back then as well as still have the same spouse I picked up then

so I pick....uhm, 25

It depends on what I'm reflecting on when I think of my mental age. My actual age is quite young (22), but in my years I've been in situations that age various aspects of my personality quite quickly. In terms of my behaviour, I can't say I act older than a 5 year old

. I hope I never get to that point where I think, "I'm too old to do/enjoy/think that." I hope I still know how to play when I'm 60.

Oh, definitely, Jenn. Never, ever get too old to have fun. Worst thing ever is to have someone say, "you're too old for that" and you believe them. I'm still doing all the things I consider fun - playing video games, wearing Eeyore garb, arguing about cartoons with my grandkids (we don't always like the same ones), etc.

When I'm too old to have fun, I'll be dead.

I'm only 19 and I feel like I still have a good portion of my childhood in me.

Nothing like watching reruns of 90's Nick toons and building legos.

I have lots of legos tooo...the older castle series (never got the really big sets--no place to put 'em, but had like 95% of the rest of them).....though with all the city stuff they have for legos---gas station, air port, house, market, school....there is NO CHURCH

....I always wanted to build a huge cathedral from legos.....I have even BEEN to legoland (its in denmark, where is Yang when you need him)....
